Moving to a new home after 25 years is a new and bit frightening experience. I have many oriental rugs, large and small , that are a collection of our travels and memories over these many years. We are also a family of pet lovers and have had more furry friends over the years than most people could imagine and our carpets were truly a "challenge". However, I decided to take the
plunge and get all of my rugs removed from the house and cleaned professionally for the big move. I called at least three other cleaning companies who took days to return phone calls, figure out the price and how long it would take with no guarantees on the quality of the work. My last call was to Sincerely Yours. That was because they immediately answered my questions with pleasure and commitment and guaranteed prices. I needed to look no further. Their professional staff made me feel like they really CARED about my oriental rugs, their website was amazing and explained the process that would be used in cleaning my treasured pieces. They not only beautifully restored my rugs to perfection with their cleaning process, they finished and delivered them even before the time they had originally given me. The gentlemen that picked up and returned my rugs helped me carefully figure out where in our new home they would go. The office staff called to be sure that we were totally pleased with the quality of their cleaning and everything was done to perfection.I have no need to call anyone in the future except for Sincerely Yours for the cleaning and care of my lifetime treasures. they did it in a reasonable length of time, and they did everything that they said
they would do. I had mis-measured the rug in question so the final price ended up
being a good bit less expensive than the quote. I don’t have any complaints about

early. I have dogs so carpet cleaning is not optional, it's essential. The price was
right and well worth every penny. My technician took his time and did the job

spill and three dogs and made it look like new. Did it for less than the estimate, and

rugs which left our rugs sticky and tacky. After looking at Angie's List and reading
good reviews, I gave "Sincerely Yours" a call. Susan knew exactly what I was
describing, and said that they have cleaned several rugs with the same substance.
She gave a price over the phone, which was reasonable. We were thrilled to get
the rugs back feeling and looking great. They did the job in a timely fashion, and I

checking this website, and reading the reviews and reports. Called, first telling
them I got their name from Angie's List (those two words works wonders these
days!). Susan was professional, courteous and friendly. After getting the
approximate rug size, she told me price up front (they were running a special),
pick up and delivery schedules, how long they would have it, etc. I also feel she
made the "deal" work for me when maybe I didn't qualify, but I'm not going to
argue! We set up the pick up appt - and get this, the guy was EARLY (yes I said
early). He pulled in my driveway and since it was before the appointed time, he
sat in the truck waiting until the time. I finally went out and got him! He picked
up that big ole rug like it weighed nothing, asked if there were any places that
needed special attention (there were none) and was gone. 8-10 days later, Susan
called to schedule a return time. This time the delivery guy was exactly on time,
professional, and scouted out place it would be placed before bringing in the rug.
Brought it in, rolled it out and asked me to look it over before I signed off on the
receipt. It looked great , I was happy, so I signed and off he went. Fabulous
experience and when money is available, will use them again without question.
And relieved too - I thought Bistany's was the only place in town that did area rugs,
and their service cannot compare to Sincerely Yours. Appreciative thanks to you

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() We recently secured your services via our insurance company for damages resulting from a broken water pipe in the wall of our home that caused extensive damage to the structure and continuity of a kitchn, utility room and adjoining bathroom. The promptness of your response if the first reason for our satisfaction. The site was professionally inspected, the assessment was readily made the the job of removal and drying started within 24 hours. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated the people (i.e. Allen, Stan & Steven)who did the work. Allen was here daily; he was most professional, knowledgeable and personal, and did everything he could to minimize the inconvenience of not having a kitchen and laundry room. I was informed of their progress daily, working to get the job done as timely as possible.
Yours is sincerely a professional company - the company name says it all.
I will recommend Sincerely Yours to any and all that I come in contact with.

When we arrived at our new home, about twelve hours before the moving van delivered all our possessions, and found a sauna in our basement, I was in a panic. Yet everyone involved, the plubers and the crew from Sincerely Yours, got to work quickly and within 4 hours things were under control.
Please let me share our impressions of Steven Hook, who was at our home for almost every visit by your company. Steven is knowledgeable, efficient and professional. His calming manner helped me during that first evening and we appreciated his friendliness and warmth in all of our interactions.
Steven is an asset to Sincerely Yours and represents your company very well.
I sure hopt that I never have a flood like that again, but I will call your company if it happens. You provide a service that is always an emergency to the homeowner and your crews are great.

I can't imagine what kind of shape we would be in right now if we had waited to contact some other outfit until later in the day and they would not have started until this morning. Everyone including the insurance adjuster is really impressed with Allan and his crew.
